General Plumbing

Most small, general plumbing problems can be fixed quickly within the first hour on site. Provided that there are no materials required and the problem is fixed in the first hour, the first hours labour will be the only charge. PRICES ARE ALL +VAT

£60.00 1st Hours Labour

Landlord Gas Certificate Services

Electronic Gas Safety Certificates are provided by email and there is a charge for additional appliances of £10 per appliance.PRICES ARE ALL +VAT

£65.00 Boiler Only

Boiler Services & Repairs

Boiler servicing starts at £75 and this is also our 1st hours labour for boiler & gas repairs. If more time is required on site for a call out then you are looking at £40 per additional hour.
